★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but praise for this excellent phone repair shop. A real life-saver. Staff are knowledgeable and managed to replace 3 smartphone batteries (3 months' warranty) within 2 hours. Due to Covid restrictions, all interactions & transactions were done at the shop entrance. Pricing is very reasonable for this level of fast & efficient service. Great communication via whatsapp and phone. The only downside is the location. If you are unfamiliar with the roads, there are many one-way streets and it is easy to get lost driving here if your GPS misbehaves! Outdoor parking is always full, but if you're lucky the nearby Store supermarket might have some bays available.

I sent my phone for repair, and did a remarkable job for such an affordable price. compared to other places.. (shah alam pj etc) this is the best place hands down to get your device fixed. mind blown by the exceptional service... I am not exaggerating...honest and good repair places are hard to come by these days..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had our Note 8 suddenly black out and Phonfix confirmed it was the LCD screen issue. the screen replacement cost was a bit too high and the phone was outdated anyway so we just really needed to transfer the data out from the phone onto a new phone (we bought from elsewhere). to do so, we needed a temporary screen which they obliged to help us out with!
the transfer process took about 2 painful hours and they obliged without complaining. 10/10 service. i could imagine other phone service shops to tell us to buzz off if we're not going to buy a new phone or parts from them (even though we are paying for the service).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my girlfriend’s IPhone XS to get fixed. Phone wouldn’t charge, something wrong with charging port. Originally took it to Ihospital but the guy said would cost RM280 to repair then said didn’t want to as the glass may shatter if he takes phone apart lol. Found Phonfix off internet, dropped it off on the morning, got a call in the afternoon about needing to change the charging port. Total cost RM110 including delivery for Lalamove. Fast, inexpensive, & professional. Thank u!
