2. Took 45mins for our entree to arrive
3. We were not informed about a certain dish that was unavailable on the menu
4. Poor food quality. Creme brulee is not creme brulee
Rest assured our last time here. So disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In summary, my exeperience with Pinch is execellent. The manager in charge is friendly and request feedback for further improvement. My friend n I really enjoy our time there and we love the food especially beef bourguignon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my friends and girlfriend. We loved our brunch. I'll highly recommend the orange juice and scotch egg. I personally loved it. My girlfriend ordered the Norwegian Salmon and being a big fish lover, she loved the food. My friends had Big Breakfast and Eggs benedict. We come here every Saturday. Love the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time tried out this place. Ordered the marinated chicken breast burger. Taste was ok. I think it would be better if the chicken was hot. It seems like it was precooked earlier and just need to assemble the burger upon ordered. However the tea selection was good. Ordered Paris tea and it has a nice floral sweet taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a creamy mushroom risotto here and it was decent but not great. However, I couldn't really justify the price for the quality. With the hidden 16% service charge and tax, it was a RM45 dish. Coffee is also overpriced with an iced americano which can reach up to RM15. The service was nothing to shout about either. Unlikely to come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars only for decent service as all f&b should be but food isn’t the best for the price paid, wait time is a suspect as well, had to wait for 30-40 mins eventhough we were the only one eating there, problem is why wait for all the food to be ready then serve? Doesn’t make sense
Tiramisu in a cup is a blasphemy ask any Italian , taste was all concentrated at the bottom cause well in a cup
Aglio olio was decent but tbh even on bangsar price it is pricy
Burger meat was dry
The orange mandarin crepe taste weirdly frozen
50 bucks for smoked duck and the portion is questionable come on do better

First off, this is a review of their food delivery and not dine-in.
There is no greater joy than sinking your teeth into a hot, unctuous meat sliced perfectly.
Service: We placed the order via a third party app which was pretty straight forward.
Packaging: Ordinary take away boxes.
Sliced Pork Chop with Orange Salad (RM 51.94)
Like a child opening a Christmas present, we quivered with excitement as we unravelled the paper bag to reveal a very vibrant looking meal sat in a box emitting a very sensual mouthwatering aroma. The colour from the garden fresh salad, sliced oranges and bright red cherry tomatoes not only looked as though they came from an art museum but was extremely refreshing especially if you drizzle the sauce over. We were treated to an extremely delightful melt in your mouth experience with the flavourful meat cooked to a perfect fineness. Combine the two and experience an exciting explosion of flavours.
Price: Reasonable
Recommended? There is no better way to chase away the Monday blues on a gloomy rainy day
