Most conveniently located dentist in Bangsar with highly qualified dentists. Did i mention Free parking as these are privately owned lots. They do an excellent job. really.

It is the best money I have ever spent – definitely! One of my tooth has come to a lean angle with bone loss where it could not be saved any more and ultimately will drop. Coming from Switzerland, i was looking for a dental clinic in Kuala Lumpur that could match the standard I am used to in my home country. A bit sceptical but with an emergency to treat the nearly fallen tooth, i made my choice with Chai Dental Clinic. The team have just exceeded all my expectations. Definitely the best dental experts i could have chosen in Kuala Lumpur. The team take good care to explain me well the situation, proposed options and guided me to make educated decision on the options i was offered. I opted for an implant, which did prove to be the right decision, long and complex process and it was done with all the due diligence that it required. Yvonne who manages the clinic was extraordinary accommodating, specially in this complicated Pandemic lockdown times. I m so grateful to Dr. Hoon Seong, Dr. Raymond and Dr. Leena for all the pure goldsmith's work giving me the smile and conform back from a situation i was desperate about just couple of months ago.

I did my Invisalign here. They have very good follow up and attention to detail. They take pride in their work. If you have even the slightest misalignment or dissatisfaction with your teeth, they will look into it seriously and tell you what can be done (and what cannot be done). I would definitely recommend Dr. Rachelle and Dr. Chai to everyone who is considering to do Invisalign.

I loved going to this dentist. During my time in Malaysia (3 years in total), Chai Dental was my go to dentist and I've recommended them to all my friends who needed dental care. Always friendly, knew how to treat my teeth well, good vibes, very professional. Seriously, stop looking for another dentist. Go to Chai Dental Bangsar. They're worth going to.

I had always been self conscious about my lower front teeth being crooked and unsightly ? and always wished they were even. However traditional braces were never an option as the idea of metal wires being placed semi permanently on my teeth did not appeal to me. I thought uneven teeth was something I would have to live with forever. Until I visited Chai Dental Clinic in Bangsar, KL for a routine check up in September 2020 and heard about Invisalign for the very first time. Dr Rachelle Chai, the Invisalign specialist at the clinic explained how this new technology enables people with all sorts of imperfect teeth to achieve their desired perfect set of teeth within a short period of time, and done so invisibly, hence its name. Best of all, age is not a barrier. I was 57 and I was told their oldest patient is in her 70s. Moreover, Invisalign aligners were removable (you take them out when you eat), and not fixed on your teeth for the duration of treatment like traditional braces. I was sold on the idea immediately, especially when told that for my teeth condition, it would take no more than 5 months to be corrected. Incidentally Chai Dental Clinic is a "Platinum Invisalign Clinic" for three years in a row, an award not easily achieved and given only to practitioners who have met stringent criteria including the number of Invisalign patients and successful track record of patients etc. Dr Rachelle Chai is skilful, patient and professional. I knew I was in good hands! My teeth and entire mouth were scanned using state of the art 3D machine for the purpose of making me customised aligners. The machine then works out duration and progression. The appropriate number of aligners are then made, each to be worn for a specified number of days, based on the progression calculated. In my case, I needed 15 pairs of aligners, each to be worn for 15 days. Progressively, this worked out to about 5 months from start to finish. It was not easy at first to wear aligners day and night (aside from removing them for meals) for five months, but it didn't take me long to get used to them and it became easier with each week. The most encouraging for me was to see progress very quickly. To see my uneven teeth gradually straighten out when I looked in the mirror every morning was pure joy and made the journey such a rewarding one. If anyone is having any doubts at all, I say GO FOR IT! If I can do it, anyone can, seriously. Because of MCO, I was unable to go in for regular appointments but Dr Rachelle Chai monitored me closely through occasional video calls, and my aligners were delivered to me when I could not go in person. I attach here some before and after photos of my Invisalign progression. I can safely say that Invisalign is the easiest and most pain-free way to achieve that ideal set of teeth you want, whether for yourself or your family, kids included. My experience at Chai Dental has been excellent. I find their service professional, polite and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend Dr Rachelle Chai of Chai Dental for her experience, professionalism, patience and top quality service. Go for it!

I’ve been going to Chai Dental for the past 8 years while living in KL. All the team are fantastic - professional, friendly and really kind. Dr Rachelle is exceptional. For someone who doesn’t really like visiting the dentist, she always makes me feel at ease and thoroughly explains all the procedures - especially when dealing with my tricky wisdom teeth! Yvonne always goes out of her way to slot you in at your preferred time and the follow up calls after my wisdom tooth procedures, to check everything was ok, were very welcomed. They really care about providing excellent service for their patients and I highly recommend.

I was terribly disappointed with their reception staff.. Yesterday make a phone call just to enquire about my son's braces, but was returned with mocking and screaming by the reception staff Nancy (if she wasn't lying about her name). She had put many words in my mouth, saying that I was asking for the price of the braces which I didn't asked at all. She said I should NOT asked for pricing which I DID NOT. This shop is not even worth to have one star at all. I will never and ever want to visit this shop. It's such a horror.
