β β β β β This place do not have enough stock.Under staff. The table chair broken 1 year ago still have not fix. Customer just left after order because they waited 30 mins for food. Pizza hut dont care about customer i guess. I regreted coming to pizza hut in mines.

Very Overpriced.
Lack major ingredients (such as no garlic in my roasted garlic chicken pizza)
Did I mention by chicken they mean saussage?

β β β β β 1. Waited for 45mins to get my drinks.
2. Staff here are so slow and not attentive. They walk away when you call them or just ignore.
3. Table was not cleaned or set up. Had to request for cutleries a few times when my pizza came.
4. Food was bad.

β β β β β Understaffed. Waited more than an hour for our pizza and it still didn't arrive even when told that it would be ready in the next 5 minutes. What's funny is how customers who came after us got their orders first and were having something similar to what we ordered. Ended up cancelling our order right before the pizza arrived to which we ended up packing it, didn't bother staying to eat because we were already cheated of our time. I don't recommend anyone come here if they have limited time with various places to be.

β β β β β Worst branch I ever tried. Super slow and understaffed. I usually order pizza online for take away. Here they wait for customer to show up and then they proceed for preparing food. Website ask my number to make you ensure my genuine order. Simply call customer to ensure rather than wasting time. It never happens in any branch I've ever visited. Lack of management is crystal clear in this branch.
