★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Pizza Hut, they have to serve our order in time, it stated 10mins in the system. Where today , in 25/12 530pm I visited Pizza Hut kd it takes me more than 30mins for them to complete the order. It is not acceptable. And the staff over the counter named SHAH has a terrible attitude to me and my friends, 4 of us together. He just scolded the customer to be patient and don’t ask more. I’m very disappointed, not to the food, but to the brand , staffs, marketing and management of Pizza Hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made order via online and choose the payment mode during on pick-up time. Received confirmation on my order and stated the time for my pizza (small & medium size pizza) is ready to pick up is 30 minutes. Reached this pick-up outlet: PHD Dataran Sunway is about 25 minutes (5 minutes earlier from pick-up time) and ask the staff if I can proceed payment with debit card but unfortunately the staff said only cash payment. No problem with that cash payment but the main issues are both of my pizza is no longer hot and the crust is looks like overcooked. Feel disappointed with this PHD Dataran Sunway outlet compared to my good experience with Pizza Hut Kota Damansara outlet. [08/10/20]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too slow to preparation as I waited at there 40 minutes after my order payment had been made. I saw many order like walk in order and delivery order but the main problem is no enough staff to do the preparation of order that's why I wiated too long at there. Should be hire more staff.
