★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many things unavailable, there were no meatballs and some of the advertized appetizers weren't available. The service was good though :) Waitress was very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well first I work here as a part timer and from my perspective this is a fine establishment as the equipments are all well sanitized and the food are all made under PH's standards. The only thing about this restaurant is the lack of staff which lead to the dissatisfaction of many customers. Other then that, it's a nice place to dine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Friday evening (12/04/19, 19:00 ish) was my best Pizza hut experience ever. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice reasonable meal, I and my 3 year old son had a delightful waiter (guy in denim uniform). He had the right balance of friendliness and efficiency which I never experienced at other pizza hut before. Kudos and I will be back again soon!

1. A waitress always smile and at least that earn another stars.
Con:
1. Cutlery is very dirty and we need to asked the waitress to wash it again.
2. Services took so long. I heard few times bell from the kitchen and no one took until 5 minutes later.
3. Creamy mushroom chicken is not that creamy but watery
4. Thin crust pizza somehow not crispy
5. 1 girl just eating there when many times we call asking for bill out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was really slow, we ended up trying to cancel 3 of our orders because of how slow the service was, despite being a "fast food" restaurant. They still charged us for the 3 orders we cancelled, and the wait staff seemed frustrated and angry with our table the entire time, even before we cancelled the 3 orders. Also had to ask twice for the bill before they finally brought it to us. The food was of average quality - what you would expect from pizza hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really slow servicing. I have been ordering for take aways for a couple of times now, and I have waited for more than 50 minutes every time.
The staff didn't check if their customers are collecting the correct pizzas. Today when I went back for collection 20 minutes after ordering, it took them 10 minutes to realize that our pizza was taken away by their previous customers. They didn't apologize. We ended up waiting for another 20 minutes for them to remake ours.
Worst pizza hut ever.
Definitely will not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need go after them to place our order. Then need to wait 24min minimum to get our pizza order. I see alot table not clean after customer left. I try 3 times approaching them to add my order for cheeze ball but fall to deaf ear. Still no improvement in staffing.. One star are for their design are nice & the seat are comfy. None for service & cleanliness..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are they under staff? They always look too little staffs and they are going back and forth taking order and pizza. I feel the management need to look again. One more thing. This really big problem since almost every branch I go have this problem, the cutlery they put on the table, together with the plates, is not clean. I don't know how long it's been there, can see dust and some dirty stuck at the cutlery. I hope they do not put plate yet until the customers come in. Anything can happen if they left the plates for days. The service are down, I feel like pizza hut quality is lower when the service are too slow. They take too much order from some one and did not look out on people who are dine-in. I hope they hire more worker to solve this problem and listen to my advice, keep your cutlery until the customers comes. Or just wash them, like seriously.
