★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need more staff. Service is OK at the counter however the restaurant lack of cleanliness because no staff dedicated to immediately clean the table or rubbish. Its a poor sight when entering the place. Hardly see any supervisor or branch manager to ensure quality services. Food is good as always though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent service. Friendly staff just not very speedy. But then again, it could be due to the slow traffic in the mall at this time. Food is still nice, hot & delicious. Seatings are standard BK outlets with the variety versions. No mosquitoes during my visit as was reported by previous visitors. Good.

Really very good value - Rm$6.95 nett without tax....pitiful 2 hard-working staffs serving non-stop ( a bit of waiting but still super fast service...admiring both of them...taking order, cooking, packing, serving delivery and walk-in customers ) Still a new outlet - spacious and nice.
