β β β β β Itβs really a bad experience my visit to quill mall Pizza Hut restaurant today.I had ordered 2 personal pizza to take away. At the first place, the front liner staff has not asked my name for the order. After a while another guy came ask for my bill. I gave it to him and he gave me the pizza to take away. After I step out the restaurant, I noticed itβs was two regular pizzas in my bag. I went to restaurant again in order to return it back. I noticed that the both guys served me are being confused and looking for the pizza. I immediately tell them that you guys might wrongly gave me this pizza. One of the guy being so rude and said that I should check when the name call for collection. At first there is no name asked to me and the receipt as well. In return they not even apologise or thank to me on the incident happen. This is really ridiculous and I would suggest management should provide them training in treating a customer in better way.

β β β β β Standards have drop drastically, that is, in terms of the food quality. Everybody says that when compared to its competitors. In the past they were good and their pizzas were tasty. But sad to say those days are gone for them unless they relook at their food quality.

β β β β β Celebrate friend's birthday here.no birthday song like other pizza hut branches but it's ok.long wait for food, until we finish eating, the side dish (bread) not served.

Service was slower than most eateries - some of my colleagues had to have their pan pizzas packed for take away as it did not arrive within the 2 hours we were there. This establishment does not provide take away for beverages so the colleagues that did not get their drinks in time had to forfeit it - although they paid for a set meal. Food was good, drinks were nice. Clean environment but not suggested if in a hurry.

β β β β β As we are Vegetarians, the first thing that we asked the waiter to do something in pasta without any meat. He was quite helpful, took some time to do the pasta to our liking, which was bit out of the way, for which credit should be given. Even the veg pizza we ordered was excellent & pumpkin soup was damn good. But to get the attention of the waiter initially took a long time, in fact, we had to clean the dirty table ourselves while seating. Service is damn slow, that is why only three stars

β β β β β I wanted to buy 6 regular Pizza, take away and they asked price 30+*6= 181...!! But I always bought regular Pizza take away @12 only. Then I went near by another Pizza shop and 6 Pizza I paid only 72 RM.
