β β β β β Despite being fully packed with customers, even when it's still pandemic time... The visibly understaffed team managed to serve us in a reasonably good time. Disappointed that they don't provide free ice water; only bottled water.
I hope it doesn't start a cluster.

β β β β β Still warm welcome. Good SOP. Scan for menu but no intrusive questions. Food consistent. Mushroom soup was nice and thick. Had the fish and chips. Average.

β β β β β This is what their "signature steak" looks like. Unforgettable and unbelievable. I usually try to calm myself from bad food but this is another level beyond. Served a over burned steak. Wellness requested is also obviously way out of mark. Did you ask the french fry guy to fire the steak? Come on..

β β β β β The staffs is very helpfull, stacking 3 babychairs for us , just to let my baby girl enjoyed siting with us , since we take the high table.. the food is good fast service too

β β β β β Service is not bad. All staff looks stress and if yiu ask them anything they looks on very hurry. Food wise where I got disappointed the French fries looks dull and has no taste. Chicken breast is so hard and tough. Kitchen need to really focus to improve in the quality of food. My expectation of TGIF was very high but today they disappointed me.

β β β β β Driest piece of Hamburger (RM36.90).
Bitter over-burnt bits on the burger.
Dried out burger patties.
Soggy and mushy fries.
Burnt burger buns too.
Very unappetising.
Food quality is way way way way way below expectations and food industry standards.
Waiter says its their Gold Standard Signature Burger ???
Prosperity Burger actually tasted better.
Friday's at One Utama is TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED for patronage.

β β β β β During last Labour Day, I had a nice dinner with friends at this T.G.I.Friday outlet.
We start with Fried Mozzarella, continue with Shanghai Chicken Salad, then ending with 2 tasty main dish, Chili Marmalade Ribs and Beef Bacon Crusted Ribs.
Personally loves the ribs, not too dry and still juicy with they way the prepared and served.
Overall experience was nice, thanks to this T.G.I.Friday outlet.
