★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise is good and took only 8 mins away to the garden using back road. Notice the management do try their best to improve. The units price is too high for such a place. Do take action on the wall stain in corridor at all the units. Looks real bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is useless and lazy. The carpark access card doesn't work and we've been sending it to the office for them to "fix" since before CNY. We went and picked up the card from office after several weeks of not hearing anything from them. There, the office staff told us it was fixed but when we tried to use it, it was still useless. This happened another 2 more times. Now it's already been a month++ and they still haven't fixed it yet. The staff keep telling us "service down" and "no IT support guys" but then why did yall tell us that it's fixed already and keep wasting our time to go collect the useless card just for us to send it back to you??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction noises coming from above units are unbearable. The worst one is when it's was Saturday 9am and the drilling starts. As I'm writing this review, it's now Friday morning and the drilling has started at 9:50am. Why does the management allow construction this early in the morning?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PJ Midtown is such a sucks building, lift not function more than a month, very bad management, can't give any cooperation to tenants to receiving any parcels for a short time using lorry, scolding to tenants and no manners, corridor is dirty and no dustbin, very poor service pj midtown had till now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building full of defects, the developer (IOI, Sime Darby, Bruinsfield) just ignore your complaints.
The mgmt slow in response. The house rules are ridiculous. This building mgmt is worst than a 20yr old condo.

Loading bay no lift, and the loading bay is actually a trash area!
Lift more than a month until now still under maintenance, seems like don’t want to repair at all
No cleaner to clean at the walking corridor, if you see dirt you will see same dirt for so many weeks
Hide all the dustbin so everyone can’t use it
Very bad property to stay n rent
