★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service. Had some trouble claiming my warranty through their website and sought customer service for help. Attended to my enquiries and handled the entire problem the very same day (nearly impossible for other retailers in my experience). Was given clear instructions on how to claim the warranty from top to bottom and was told exactly how long the process would take. Customer service was nice both on the phone & during walk-in as well. During claim, they would provide documents to ensure a smooth transaction. A well-deserved review in my book.

PSU have problems with 10 years warranty, so what. They just ask to send back via courier for them to investigate.
I told them i could just bring over to them and show them and get an immediate replacement since it's just in pj. Why must i wait for days or weeks for the process of claim. Come on... I just bought it and it's already facing problems.
They say no tech team or physical location. Just ask me to send back.
PSU not working RIGHT after installation. Old PSU starts immediately. That's all. I just ask for full refund or exchange but it's been almost 2 weeks. Nothing.
I repeat. Do not buy from this company. 10 years of warranty... So what.. can't even get your things right.

I purchased an item from them via lazada, they keep delaying to ship out the item until the last day overdue for cancellation. Customer service keep telling will ship today everytime asking status, but all empty promises. Basically the customer service is useless, they don't even know their own stock level and if able to full fill customer's order.
It has wasted me one week time following up with them ended up cancellation of order. The WORST is, wasted all the lazada vouchers that only available during that time and now I'm not able to get back all those vouchers. Now, proceed and purchase from other online store, item shipped the next day and arriving in following day, no nightmare experience like this MONO store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product I bought has a lifetime warranty period. However, when I try to claim warranty from them, no process at all. It is like they don't bother about after sales service. Please think twice before buying from them even though their prices are among the lowest. It is not worth it long-term if you cannot claim warranty at all.
