★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shouldn't have step into this shop when I heard the old uncle yawning loudly. A bad omen. He was the one changing my watch's battery.
The old lady staff with dozen of white hair answered my question "sap erm" (rm15) when I ask for the price of battery replacement for my watch.
Unfortunately I'm paying RM35 ("sap za erm"). I won't come here again. It's a scam. I paid, she's looking like I'm owning her money.
Then I request for receipt. She then said no guarantee. I still insist for a receipt. Mind you, she stroke "Without Guarantee" on the receipt harshly and loudly to make sure I heard.
This receipt is to proof I did visit this shop recently. Not to claim on this shop that the battery died suddenly. Ridiculous rude people still operating in a great shopping mall.
On one side, while I was waiting for my watch battery to be change, I reviewed the Seiko watches on display. Particularly the Lukia model. When I ask the lady, she said price is above RM1500 with a look like I can't afford it. Of course I can't afford RM1500+ when Seiko Official in Shopee is offering price range between RM600 ~ RM700+. Customer with common sense can see the HUGE difference.
I resonate with other reviews that this shop provide a poor/bad service.
It should be no star for dishonest people in a good shopping mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution! Please don't enter this shop. VERY RUDE! Didn't even look at me..was showing his back when I was talking to him. Didn't respond to me when I requested for a payment receipt. He agitatedly raised his voice when I asked him if I can use a card to pay. When I read the other reviews, I realised I paid triple the price for battery replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and lack of professionalism with the front staff. I came here to adjust my oyster bracelet for my Seiko SKX. Not only do they look down on people with small wrists, they couldn't even advise me how many links to remove nor can they put the bracelet back on. I though that such an established watch shop would have the experience to advise on strap adjustment. The bracelet is from Strapcode that is built specificly for my watch model with written and video reviews from all over the world so there shouldn't be any compatibility issues. I actually ended up fixing it myself afterwards using simple tools. The only thing they did manage to do for me is to remove the links for RM 15 (service charge). It's no wonder the younger generation is staying away from watches these days with these amount of snobbery. Best to avoid this watch shop at all cost.
