Prices aren't the best when it comes to the Seiko brand as City Chain follows the standard pricing set by Thong Sia, Seiko's distributor for Malaysia.

β β β β β Staff were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - I had planned to visit the store only to get a physical feel for a watch but after speaking to the male staff member, I decided to buy it in-store!

β β β β β Walked in just to see some watches. Erin was so helpful, showing and introducing some watches she thought I'd like. Asked about changing the battery on an SSC017, said they could help send it to the service center since it was a solar battery (other places I went to didn't even bother).
Came back a few weeks later, Erin greeted me and my wife again and was more than happy to send the watch in for a battery replacement. I browsed a bit while she got the paperwork started. Next thing I know, she and her colleagues gave the battery a bit of juice which the whole thing running again! When asked how much I owed them, they said "nothing"!
With customer service like this, they deserve my money! I'll be getting my watches here for sure!
