โ โ โ โ โ Newly built condominium with excellent facilities including few pools, game room, gym, etc. Rooftop garden wasn't clean. Trash can provided was overloaded.

โ โ โ โ โ We bought our unit at Splendor Residensi Semarak wich is worth more than half a millions and feeling very dissapointed with the developer as there is no proper lobby for drop of or pick up instead of car park LG and G so called as lobby which look like worst than walk up apartment and flat environmental feelings. Sorry even appartments have propper lobby now days. The sadest part is the developer office staff at sales galeri office didn't advice us on this unprofessional and class less lobby arrangements which they named it as so called "Spelandor Residensi ". If we knew this was their arrangement earlier we wouldn't have ended up buying this property at all.
All our visitors and realtives has been asking us where is the lobby and why is it look like a low cost flat style carpark which became as a lobby for pick and drop off. Really feeling very embracing and regrat for ended up buying this property which worth of more than half a millions and getting this kind of comments from people.
The security table at LG bllock C is full of ladada and shoppee parcel in all sizes and dumped in very unorganized way. The security guard will not be there all the time at his table and if we have any furnitures delivery we as a owners have to come down personaly with the access card to bring them up with delivery ppl due to the contractor lift also been block without access card.
The corridor at our unit very very dusty, maintenance team not cleaning or mopping the area at all. LG car park look very terrible with full of dust and unorganized. What happen to the maintenance team? Why are they not doing their job?. Why are we paying maintenance fee whn all this not well maintain?
Overrall really feeling very disappointed pointed as though staying at PPR flat.
I wish if there is an undo button and i could able to reject this property peacefully and buy a property which really called as "splandor." Feeling sick, embbarasing and disapointed. ???

โ โ โ โ โ I think most of the good ratings are coming from the management staff. Undeniably good view depending on which unit you have and and at the roof top. But the developers couldnโt think of a proper lobby?? And the lift lobby has the grey doors like the fire escape ones, you call it PLATINUM SPLENDOUR????

โ โ โ โ โ Think before buy, poor finishing, no skirting, no glass door, condo look like apartment, defect delay and delaying, very not recommed. Suggest IJM or Skyworld.

Primary and secondary governmentโs schools are just a walking distance from the residency.
