★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 3,5years living here :) Love it, esp.the swimming pool. A Low density condo with friendly guards and staffs. Very near to Dataran Jelatek for minimarkets and restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy LRT access (400m) and a short distance (700m) to two key highways (DUKE and AKLEH) making KLCC and its surrounds an easy commute. The LRT makes journeys to KLIA easy as well.
Low density (88 units) and a minimum of two parking bays per condominium is a rare find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is absolutely so nice to have live there while I was working there as an expatriate. We call it a resort within the heart of KL and just right next to the LRT. It took me about 10 mins on the LRT to the KLCC Twin Towers for work. Then right next to it, there are convenience stores, restaurants and supermarket. The property maintenance is spot on with a helpful, friendly and professional security team. I really miss living there very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very nice apartment. Spacious room, good view facing the hills. Friendly guard. Gym and pool a bit small but it's never crowded anyway.
Had weird housemates but it's ok.
Just that you can't chill and have a drink on the rooftop
