★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's such a nice condo but its depend on the unit. Every unit own by different owner. If you find a very good unit with renovation and well maintain, its really worth your penny since the condo's location is strategic, with the public transport such as LRT, and even you can book grabcar or uber easily and the fare to the city centre is below RM10. But I am really hope that they well maintain the gym and other facilities. Not bad.
