โ โ โ โ โ This is an office building. It has corporate offices here with IBM being its main tenant as its HQ. The building is actually shared by KPMG so Plaza IBM is the same as KPMG Tower except that they take up different floors and having different lifts to enter their offices. There's convenience outlet on the ground floor. The building is within walking distance from the Bandar Utama MRT station, OneWorld Hotel and the 1Utama mall. The building has a Maybank on its concourse also a bus company.

1. Direct MRT access to the building and also next to one utama mall and one world hotel.
2. The bad ? Parking space is limited.
