Been trying to call since 2 weeks ago but xan never get through. No need to bother to call them. 24 hrs busy and nobody will pick up your call. I wish i can give there 0 star. Plus main suka2 tambah service that i never asked for. (Eg. Tyre balancing and alignment)

Need to call as many as you can to make an appointment for service or other than that. Told to the staff when making appointment that I want to change the battery for my City but on the service day, they told that the battery is out of stock and I need to wait for another 1-2 weeks for battery.

Very friendly service center. Very comfortable settings with comfortable sofa. Can relax and read newspapers while waiting for your car being serviced. If hungry, can head up to their canteen on the first floor. They also have shuttle bus to bring you to nearest shopping complex, just need to enquire from the customer service. Few drip off and pick up schedule.

Terribly disapointed with the car servicing experience i had today. Made an appointment for 10:30AM servicing but by 10:50AM my number was still 10 numbers behind. The place was soo packed. So much for social distancing. Apparently 2 service advisors took EL. Understaffed ? I understand. I dropped off my service booklet and key to the kind receptionist and took the shuttle to One Utama. 12.50PM, they call me and let me know they just only inspected my car. 2 hours later only look at my car. Any other service centre can get the servicing done already. Understaffed at the technicians side also is it ? I only get 1 offday a week, but its okay la. Im not mad. So im informed: This time my service is supposed to get free labour but then due to it exceeding the time period, I have to pay for the labour. I was told the NEXT 2 servicing will be free. We agreed over the phone, MCO period, how to service mah right ? I dont mind paying now if the next one is free. 4:30PM i get a call saying my car is done. Last pick up is 5:30PM. When i reach there, the place is empty, with 3 other cars left to be collected only. Obviously, a lot of people got their car serviced in the period but not me. I came earlier but i guess that does not mean priority. To top it off, the next labour is not free either. So i start to get upset. The sticker in my car indicates service is due in April, how come i service in June I'm not eligible ? I know the standard buffer is 3 months, this is only 2, what about some leeway for MCO as well ? Even the SA agreed that the sticker was misleading. But hello, this sticker pasted by your branch wan leh. The worst thing is, i regularly service here, but they did not send any SMS to say that they have now resumed operations as per usual. Plus it's borderline Selangor, anybody staying here would have expected that they just open only. Should i call everyday to check whether they are open for business ? Should i have expected Honda or its representatives to not be understanding to its customers ? No 'We are open for business' SMS, and no 'Your car is due for servicing SMS'. So for your info, the free labour charges every alternating service and their respective dates is calculated based on the car purchase date yeah. Nothing to do with your actual service date. Don't be fooled by the STICKER IN YOUR CAR THAT YOU LOOK AT EVERYDAY. Better for you to paste your service booklet on your windscreen. tl;dr: -A regular servicing took 6 hours !!! -Misleading service reminder sticker !!! -No time period allowance for MCO -No SMS informing that they resume business -No SMS reminder that the car is due for servicing -Misleading conversation by the SA on the free labour -Still have to pay labour service

i don't know if the other service centers would be better but i am very disappointed with this one. Waiting time was super long even with appointment as they claimed that system was down. Charged me for engine oil in jan but i don't think they refill it because it only lasted 1,500 km and the indicator is showing up to refill engine oil. you can only what's app them, no one will pick up the phone. they don't try to resolve the issue which i think they don't know what is the expectation of an acceptable customer service level today

Not my first time here since this is my husband’s go to service centre. But this is my first car service and actually impressed with the hospitality of Raj, he helped me from start to finish and very polite. He also advised me on the exact timing of the car service, hence saving me a lot of time. Thank you Raj, hope to see you again
