β β β β β The sales person needs to learn how to engage with their clients. I went there twice, both treatments were horrible. Itβs a shame that Poh Kong hires people that has no soft skills. The guy with the glasses does not even look us in the eyes when heβs talking to us. Every questions asked, he answered rudely.

β β β β β First time enter to the shop and I swear I wonβt step in again. Nobody willing to spend thousand dollar for such service. So unsatisfy with my purchases but I have no choice as I need a gift in a hurry. I wish I can rate no star at all. Trust me or not you can simply get any better service of Poh Kong in PJ area

β β β β β Went there to resize my ring, at 1st the SA asked the goldsmith said it can be resize but since my gold ring didnt hv 916 stamp, so need to test it 1st using acid test, then i said ok, but the test cause quite dmge to my ring! Then the SA asked other SA mybe the manager, n came back to me said IT CANT BE RESIZE! Whattt! Not a single sorry words came out of her, only idiot smile! Said to her to polish it back and replied maybe need to charge me for that ?
Hmm.. VERY BAD BAD SERVICE!
