β β β β β Scammer place. Overpriced and they will accuse all the authorized Apple repair centre that will charge you extravagant price. But they are just desperate for your money to repair your phone and be aware they will scare you that they are cheapest with so called Apple certified technician.

Severely broke the glass screen of my Ipad Air 3 and went to go get it fixed. Visited a couple other places before Dr iDevice and the other shops said I would have to get the whole thing refurbished if I wanted the screen fixed. This would take 14 working days, cost over RM2000 and make me lose any data I hadnβt backed up. When I went to Dr iDevice, they managed to replace the glass screen for way less than the other shops (iDevice charged ~RM1300) and without losing me my data, all in the span of a few hours. The service was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

β β β β β Outstanding service. The people in this shop were extremely helpful in getting my macbook pro fixed. It was a rather complicated process to order the parts needed but the boss was very responsive and patient with my enquiries. The team was always assisting with a smile on their face! I had such a pleasant experience here and will definitely come back in the future if any of my apple devices needs fixing again.
