β β β β β Terrible customer service. Bought a spec with teh shop and went to ask for faulty spectacle leg replacement on two different occasion. Twice I was told that they will check and contact me but both times I did not receive any feedback. No courtesy call or update whatsoever. Am not sure how are the services in other spectacle shops in the same mall but I surely will not revisit this shop again.

β β β β β I accidentaly broke one of the leg on my glasses. I managed to do a temporary patch job and rushed off to 1Utama to order a new pair. This was Saturday, 11th Aug 2018. SEEN 1 Utama was having a Roadshow nearby 1U's Centre Court. Went to their booth and urgently spoke to a salesman a very attentive and knowledgeable Mr. Seah Han Nan. Went through the processes and decided on a pricey pair. Due to the urgent nature of my order, Mr. Seah assured me this will be NOTED AS A RUSH JOB and that SEEN will ready the pair by Tuesday if not earlier. BUT, he also did inform me he is from a different branch and helping out at the 1U Roadshow. Fine by me, as long as it is followed up properly. Assumptions is the mother of all screw-ups, they say. True enough. Good Mr. Han aside, no one called me even until an hour ago when I had to call and enquire. Spoke to someone, passed on to another, took down my details and put the phone down. Happy customer? Not at all. I called back within a minute, someone picked up, passed me to someone again to the guy who took down my details. No apology and no reasoning, he continued as if were still on the first call. I asked him why he put down the phone? He just mumbled he was checking the details etc.. On the defensive and I assume his best professional mannerism he just listened to my queries / complaint about my order as an urgent rush job (an expensive one at that), as I stopped, he just continued nonchalantly, "You can pick up your glasses at 7pm today". Seeing this as a dead end, I just said okay and put down the phone. PRO EYES / SEEN, you are ruining your own business. Get off your high horse. Treat us customers as CUSTOMERS. Same as everyone else, we work hard for our money. Have some decency to be emphatic to people. You are NOT doing us favours. We are your clientele. We give our money TO YOU. SEEN 1Utama, you suck. Check you FB, see the complaints. I'm not the only one!

β β β β β Have to give 5star to Mr. Seah,he provide a professional eye test and done a very clear explanation. And he keep remind me when lens was ready.i on the spot introduce my friend to him and my friend also order from him too.
Highly recommend =)
Remark : some low budget shop they can't provide professional explanation and skill,
Because my wife's glasses to him for checking, he was mention eye focus point was out of focus. That why my wife feel not comfortable. ( glasses from other shop)
we only have 1pair eye, pls love our eyes as well

β β β β β The sales person named Nelson from One Utama branch was extremely rude, patronizing, unhelpful, impatient, had major attidude, spoke in a harsh manner and even lied to me because he doesnt want to assist me I assume, when I came in to enquire about some frames I was looking for last night. The way he spoke to me and responded to my enquiries almost made me want to punch him in the face but I am neither violent nor one to cause a scene. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in any shop ever. Probably the worst interaction with any sales staff I have ever encountered as well. Are you guys in the line of doing business or no? Seriously, Seen train your staff properly or consider having an unsuccessful business in the future. Your customer service is the worst I have encountered in a very very long time. Never ever coming back again.

β β β β β What I was looking for is out of stock, but I'm giving 5 stars because the salesperson has been super helpful and I forgot to ask for her name! It was a nice woman with short hair/bob. Really good experience. I wanted to give her a shout out.
