★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional with unfriendly nurse. Asked for consultation price and was told to be RM20. Nurse then asked reason of visit so explained needed MC for work. Didn't even ask if I wanted to see doctor, straight away printed an MC for me and charged RM30. Consultation more expensive than a piece of paper. Horrible and do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Either the doctor or the nurse is incompetent. They prescribed my maid 1 panadol to be taken 3 times daily. She ended up with her fever being at 40+ degrees the next day. In a panic we rushed to Tawakal only to find out that the prescription was inadequate. Tsk tsk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was overall good. The staff and doctor were super polite, and gave me the appropriate medication for my problem. However I noticed the doctor wasn't wearing gloves or face shield while attending me, with direct contact with my forehead to check my temperature. It's ok for me, but not everyone might be comfortable with this especially during the pandemic. Pricewise was on the higher side also, my bill was RM60 for gastritis meds, MC, and consultation fee. I worked in a clinic last time so this price range is as expected for private.
