โ โ โ โ โ Very dishonest clinic. The dr was nice but the staff is dishonest and over charging sick people. Came for food poisoning end they told me n my parents the bill was Rm70. Gave them RM100 expecting my change only to receive RM22. I ask them why, the lady staff said its RM78. This is daylight robbery. Your price RM70 is already expensive but you hike up the price because you have no change to give me? Bet you didn't know I'm a healthcare staff as well. I'll make a complaint soon. People should stay away from this OVERPRICED clinic

โ โ โ โ โ Dr was nice. Dissapointed with the admin who inchrage for the facebook. Told me to come at 7.30-8.00AM but clinic open at 8.00AM. Call not answer and whatsapp not reply. Poor arrangement. Please improve your internal communication for customer satisfaction.

โ โ โ โ โ Did my covid test and others thing. The doctor was good but the receptionist was bad, I called in to enquire things 3 times on different days ended up , the phone got picked up, answered but in the end shut off without getting back to me. 1 time i can accept but this is 3 times. Bad receptionist girl
