โ โ โ โ โ Horrible receptionist customer service. Asked to que with phone number but did not call, waited for 1 hour outside. The doctor scold me for not present while say my name meantime. Horible receptionist for deny my request to give me pcr result via whatsapp instead ask me to call for pcr result, i should be the one notified. Horrible receptionist for being rude.
