★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm working with a company that work closely with Poliklinik MUC Labu. They are really helpful and friendly. Everytime I request and book RTK or PCR for my workers, they immediately reply to me and submit the results once they recieved it. Keep up a good work ??

The reason as below:
1. As a first time VTL traveller, we were bit unsure of the RTK test linked to mysejahtera.
And i was lucky able to find this clinic still open on Sunday, due to my day 3 RTK test fall on Sunday. The doctor who answered my call reassured me they open until 8pm and the result will be provided immediate with hardcopy.
2. When I walk in for my test the staff registered me smoothly and the test was done rather gently.i get my hardcopy of RTK result immediate and claimed it will reflected in mysejahtera the next working day evening
3. Due to my mysejahtera registered in passport hence the RTK result not flow through, but the doctor responded to my call and Whatsapp very professionally. My matter was solved as the clinic help me to upload my RTK result into system under my passport. Hardcopy was provided.
A big thanks to the doctor who answered my call and both the registration and swab nurse who assisted me smoothly throughout.
