β β β β β As a new residence in Rimbayu, you canβt help to feel insecure of going back to your old family doc in your previous location. Happy to find Poliklinik Shaik to have Dr Muzvin as our family doctor now in our new home area. My husband and I rely on her for treatment and she is very professional and thorough on her consultation. Poliklinik Shaik charges very reasonable rates for their docs too.

β β β β β Very Bad service. The staff unplug the telephone line. Dont follow instruction. Overall not adviceable to go for a repeat visit. Really stress with the staff.

β β β β β Covid testing staff are not properly trained ! There is no system at all; NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE PRACTICE !! People are cramped at confined room.
Avoid this place if wanna do preflight PCR !!

β β β β β Frustrated with the service. Went to get PCR and stated clearly for travelling oversea, provided my IC and Passport together, but when the result came out they spelled name incorrectly and didn't stated my passport number even I already told them its for travel. Called numerous time and whatsapp but they just ignored.. I'm flying today and still not resolved.
