★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service rendered at the registration counter. Call the clinic multiple times but no answer. Your staffs are not helpful at all. We have to chase for our swab test result. Extremely bad service. Will never recommend anyone to come to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! The receptionist has got no respect at all. I only called to inquire about operating time but wow her tone and she could tell me “bukak sbb tu sy cakap phone”. Thank god I did call before going. Will never visit nor will recommend this clinic to anyone!

But untill now still not received my PCR test result. I done the PCR test on yesterday morning. Already 8pm today.
No one reply my whatsapp & pick up the phone.
Seriously, bad service.

Poor service, I still not receive my lab swab test result. Better go another clinic to swab even message they only seen the message, if call no one pickup like nobody working there.
I suggest this clinic should close the bussiness if no interest on serving people or move to the jungle where only animal lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, this clinic is not 24 hours. I wanted to take my blood test at 7am, yet the receptionist told me to come at 8am. Apparently, this clinic is closed at night and reopen at 8am. What if you have an emergency? The receptionalist's English is quite poor and her attitude not friendly. This clinic is dishonest in saying it is open "24 hours." (see their reply). The problem is, the office may be open 24 hours, but the doctor is not in during the morning hours, from about 4am to 8am. So, what is the use of opening 24 hours, when there is no doctor on duty some of the time? Come on, you better state clearly when the doctor is available, so that the patient would not be misled by your 24 hour sign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take note of my review. I seriously hate the service of the DR.Saravanakannan if you see this you should firstly know how to treat a patient. I was kind a fever , I went to this clinic around 12:30am, and the doctor call me inside the room and went I said I’m having fever he straight just bring me to do RTK. Then after the test it’s showed negative he just call me back to the room and didn’t even check my temperature he just say that I will give medicine and mc not even single temperature test he did just treat me like dog worst clinic patient handling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast service, got PCR result less than 24 hours, nice staff and dr. Raj. The PCR process is very smooth and not rough, and also got booster vaccination from here too, very clear explanation ✨✨, keep on the good service!!
