★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to renew my car's road tax . Was here around noon time and the queue time was less than 20 minutes. When it reached my turn, the whole process took about 5 minutes. Only cash accepted.
Getting to this place was difficult even with the directory since it's located at basement 1. Look for kluang station cafe (LG floor) and take the escalator down and you will reach POS Malaysia. Kluang station is located quite near to the exit to dataran car park (just walk from the dataran car park entrance and all the way straight, you will see kluang station, then take the escalator to Basement 1).
