β β β β β This probably the best courier service in Malaysia. No crowd and quick service. Staff are friendly and helpful too. The shipment to Sandakan takes 2 days and so much better than ABX. It tooks more than a week with you have to keep pushing daily. Never go to ABX.

β β β β β The other reviews give low ratings because they complain about the lack of parking, which is NOT the Post Office's fault. Staff is friendly and efficient. Good branch to buy Poslaju boxes. It's a very popular post office because it's in the middle of a commercial area, so expect long queues at peak hours.

β β β β β One of my favorite and best Pos Laju branch. Staff are friendly and delivery in a day within KL area. Reliable and recommended. Donβt go to other shipping company - the worst so far is ABX, TNT.

β β β β β If you're planning to come in during lunch hour, best take a ride share service for parking is almost never available. Wait lines are long and slightly disorganized, and postage forms are not available on the side except from counter staff, which they almost will refuse to give unless you take a number and wait till your soul leaves your body. But if you're looking to post your parcel cheap, then the local post service is just the right place.

β β β β β This is the worst courier I have ever dealt with. I rely on online shopping and having a good courier service is very essential to me but this is not the case with Pos Laju. Before, they will send me an sms first but there was a parcel that I had to pick up personally last week because they did not do the same thing. They just left a slip in our mailbox. I was at home the whole day waiting for the package but they said, no one was available at the time of the delivery. Now, I have a parcel which is being held at the Pos Laju facility in our area for unknown reason and I have been trying to contact Pos Laju line but it is really difficult to get connected. I do not have a call plan so I have been wasting mobile credits waiting and trying to understand an automated system in Malay. I am not a local and I can only understand satu and dua. A complaint log was created yesterday but I have yet to receive feedback and the recipient of that parcel is about to leave tomorrow. I called today and finally got connected to someone but it took time for her to answer. Sounded like she was having a good conversation with her colleague. If possible, choose another courier. Otherwise, you will just get upset and they couldnβt care less about how you feel.

β β β β β Very good post office with lcd screen showing which systems of theirs are online. I came here to renew my driving license for 5 years and the system was online unlike another pos malaysia branch I went to or the nearby road transport department that already closed its counter at 4pm. The only thing is that they took my photo from my identity card which is way younger. They can't take any new photo. The staff mber who served me was very friendly. No queue too.
