★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them 2 times and all they did was took the phone and kept it back! The cut my call! Seriously the worst service ever! If you're lazy to work then please give your job to others who are willing to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The officers were helpful and courteous. Service was excellent with numbering system for patrons. Environment was conducive with air conditioning atmosphere. But, the room was too small to cater the needs of everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, talking to the cleaner lady non stop. Slow, it’s okay, but she acted super unprofessional at all. When I asked about PL9 form, she told me the last sheet on my hand can be photostat and usable. And naturally I went on with the question, “R u sure?” because there is a SIRI NO. on it. She even tried to roll her eyeball (she then stopped halfway probably realising even I look like a kid she shouldn’t do that either.) and told me “Pastilah saya sure.”
If I’m aware of it, I won’t be there and waste my time. She could have comfort customer the other way instead of with that attitude.
