β β β β β This is the government servants' residential area. A new condominium with o.k.u friendly facilities.? Parking complex hasn't been fully utilised. The residents park their car on both sides of the road (instead of inside the complex) making the road narrower and troublesome to pass through, especially for visitors who are not familiar with the place?

β β β β β Nice place to stay, away from commercial hype and urban noise. A rural atmosphere at the heart of Malaysia's administrative capital. Temperature varies greatly between rainy/cloudy days vs sunny days. If only this is a temperate instead of tropical zone.

β β β β β Not recommended if you want to rent room. Car park is very limited. Imagine you have to share single parking lot with all of your housemate, worry not if you don't drive car.
Apartment complex is big but no retail shop in it. Nearest place you can buy stuff is at presint 15.
While nearest food cafe is at RK 2. Thankfully Grab and FoodPanda cover this area.
The building, entrance, exit and pathway is not disabled person friendly.
Equipped with recreation and sports facility.
Nice place to live with small family.
But not recommended for tenants.

β β β β β Omfg, parking so bad ngl. No shop, no laundry, no cafe ftw. Architects to be blame, contractors to be questioned. The are numerous apartments like this in Putrajaya LMFAO.
