★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice property. Well planned gated property. Lots of open space and greenery around. Some properties have lake view. Clean and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately suria 7 and 8 are at a little inside part of the residencies. But still, the houses are good enough to stay.
One downside of 'these' are that they don't have the gym facility.
Also, the area (entire villa area) looks almost like a remote area; a total silent zone after 20:00
A car is a must (atleast any own means of commute) if wanna stay in any of 'these' surias (surias 1 - 8).
