โ โ โ โ โ My first time experience was amazing good. Thank you Dr. Chum Jia Da (hope I'm spelling it right.?) and the 2 ladies(aduh..maaf girls, I terlupa nama tadi). They all are friendly, knowledgeable and attend to details. Best part, they well managed a customer like me(sakit gigi tapi the type that takut jumpa doctor sebab takut jarum bagai).
You are in the right way and deserved 5 Stars from me. Keep up the good work. I am your happy customer and definitely come back for your good service. Thank you again. Have a nice day!

โ โ โ โ โ I know there is many satisfied patients about its service. Cost wise it's also very reasonable compared to many private dentist. My first visit was good to adress a leakage on a molar my previous dentist treated with biodentine pulpotomy which Dr Jessica treated the filling leakage.
As much I would have love to leave a positive review but unfortunely I can't as I went for my 2nd visit to get my pain on my last molar(unrelated to the filing leakage) on my left side to be treated (preferably with root canal over my previous dental treatment of partial root canal pulpotomy) but only to leave the clinic on consulatation that didn't address my pain. Doctor Jessica told me that my last molar and treatment by previous dentist is fine based on the X-Ray scan. I tried to described my previous dentist treatment and my pain but it was brushed aside by the X-RAY scan and the test she performed and felt my teeth is not in pain and that something else is causing the pain. She told me to revisit my previous dentist as to her nothing seems wrong to perform any treatment to alleviate my molar pain. My molar is still sore and biting harder food still hurts. I did a gentle tooth tap test and comfirm my molar is more sore and pain compared to my other teeth.
Just my luck that my tooth pain symptoms isn't clear on X-RAY or the test performed isn't definitive to diagnose and comfirm my pain on my teeth according her. (Tooth tap test was not performed which I should have ask but as she is the dentist so the idea forgot to cross my mind)
I hope I can get a reply for my feedback. Any reply is appreciated.

โ โ โ โ โ I love this clinic ! Went to other dental this week but they didnt found the problem even with xray but charge me RM300. I found this clinic and didnt put high hope as Im very disappointed with prev dental but Dr Chum can see the problem immediately without xray. Im so glad I found this clinic. Did another appointment for filling. The procedure took almost 1 hour with two staff assist, I even grab one of the hand so sorry but its really help cs Im scared haha. Price is affordable and Im so glad the pain now is bearable since I hold the pain almost 5 days. Thanks Dr Chum and two ladies staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommend. Did root canal and crowning here. Treatment was detailed and pain less. Nurses are well trained. Dr Chum very good doctor and focused on healing. Thanks for the wonderful service.

โ โ โ โ โ My visit to the clinic was a very pleasant one. The clinic was very clean and welcoming. The Staff Nurse Jiha was very friendly and patient with my wife and I with the registration since it was our first visit .
Dr. Jessica was extremely gentle and kind when attending to us. We were given clear explanations of what she found and recommendations before proceeding with the service. She was very professional throughout. Definitely highly recommended and will be back!

โ โ โ โ โ After being terrified of seeing a dentists for over 25 years, I finally went to see one because I had too. I saw Dr. Jessica. So glad I did. I had a root canal done and she put me at ease, I didn't feel much of it at all. Sheโs very patient, very gentle, and explains what she is doing. Had a good experience. My husband and my 3 year old son also sees her. Sheโs good with kids too. I definitely recommend her for anyone who has a fear of dentists like me. Sheโs thorough and will put you at ease.
