β β β β β Revised from 3 stars to 1 star: persistent incompetent and reluctant staff.
First 3 star review: I love my bubble tea and this brand was my first choice. During the transition to tealive I visited this store to apply for my new membership card. The staff had me filled in a form, but he had no idea how to proceed next (possibly lack of training), anyhow I was standing infront of the counter ready to order my drink , the staff just waved his hand at me says sorry cannot, and he began addressing the next person that just arrived. Incompetent and bad customer service.
Subsequent visit: one of my old time favorite was the Jasmine milk tea, which is not on the new menu. So I requested to have Jasmine tea, plus a shot of creamer. The staff refuses to do so, saying if it is not on the menu they cannot make it. I told him that all the other outlets were able to custom make customers' orders. This staff calls up his manager , whom reaffirms that they indeed cannot custom make the drinks. This shows that the unwillingness to customer's request runs deep into the management, and is damaging the brand.

β β β β β If there is an option to give no star, I will click it. The workers, especially lady cashier are just totally disappointing. Ignorant, don't wish to help on redeeming the Digi offer on our phone. We have redeemed the order in front of her and she said she dunno!????? What do you mean. I can't have my drink here if I use Digi app?!!!!!! Why put her at cashier and what she knows is just "I dunno" and only black face!!!! Even before this, when we request for the sugar level, her reply was "you dunno how to see this?" (Referring to the sugar level board). So rude

Atmosohere is good.
Service was BAD! Like... What, I owe you money or something? Lol. Maybe I did but I paid for the drinks. ??βΊοΈ

β β β β β The service was quick and I manage to get free member card. Yeay. I have purchase the tealive quiet sometimes but the free member card makes me happier. They always serve the bubble tea quiet good and the taste never let me down. Recently they also have touch n go e-wallet and I like that I manage to buy the tealive in low price with cash back. Maybe will purchase more using e-wallet after this. They also serve food nowadays, but the food is limited I think...and some drinks when I ordered no ice, they said it cannot have no ice. I don't understand why, but the tea should be able. Because I have sore throat at the time and demand no ice but if there is no option ice it would be sad...because not all menu have hot drinks...and I hope they start using paper straw here too to lessen the plastic straw. the coffee discount was good but the coffee taste was average. The coffee feels like normal ice coffee with much watery feels...hope they improve the taste of coffee.

β β β β β Limited seats outdoor. No table seats indoor as theyβre sharing space with a small boutique. The place is hot during noon. We prefer takeout drink at noon. The service is good and fast. Grabpay available here.

β β β β β I ordered through grab last night 27/3/22, on Sunday, 1 hour before the shop closed. Feel bad for the Grab driver who waited for more than 40 minutes but drinks still not ready for pick up. So I quickly called the shop phone line 77266066 but they just lift up and put down immediately without answering my call. I called 7 times but still no one answer. Very bad service. They should have just cancel my grab order, why making the grab driver and customer to keep waiting without further notice. In the end the shop closed, I have to email Grab to cancel to get my refund. ??Won't return to buy or grab from this store in future.
