★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 units X70 for company's car. Someone (not sure either 3S KEB Auto staff or the bank overlooked) just submit only 1 loan application so the 2nd loan is not favourable. Wish to cancel buying from here. Not happy with service.

when ask for a warranty claim, they have no experience and they ask the customer to refer to HQ. If customer asking for the solution, please do not say you are inexperience. Please take the responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was having very bad experience with KEB Auto TTDI Kajang branch.
Was advised and informed by both the SA (Leong Kok Foo) & Sale Manager (Andy Chin) to pay deposit RMXXXX asap to secure a ready-stock X70 so that can lock and get the car, however after deposit paid, there is not much update and follow up, asking about the status of the car, didn’t get any feedback from the Sale Manager (Andy Chin), just silent, totally ignoring me. Called the SA, and he informed me the car was SOLD, and asking me to get back the refund. The SA mentioned will get refund in 3-5 days at first, then waited for more than 2 weeks, no news, no updates about the refund from both SA and Manager, asking them about the status of the refund, don't care to reply, act like ‘not my business’, until now I still have not received the refund!
My advice is stay away from this branch, esp. these 2 persons: SA (Leong Kok Foo) & Sale Manager (Andy Chin) who takes no responsibility for customer at all, what they care is only getting the sales!

18/3:
Right after this post, I received a call from admin management informed me that I will be getting the refund on the same day evening, but asking me to remove this post!
19/3:
Refund received.
However I will not remove this post.

1st time call - put me on hold 5 mins and hang up my call ;
2nd time call - put me on hold for another 3 mins and ask me to call back due lunch ;
3rd time call - put me on hold again forever … ?
My conclusion is nobody working here, they don’t need business ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just received my Proton Iriz few days ago. The place was so nice. Good service from Proton. Lambert from KEB Auto (TTDI Kajang) has done a good job during the process until the end. He is very patient to answer my questions as this is my first time buying the car and also have no enough knowledge about the process of buying a car. During receiving the car, Lambert has done a good job. Good explanation from Lambert to show me everything that I need to know. He also very patient to wait for me the day that I want to take the car as i was stuck in traffic. Also credit to Abg Zaid for having patient in dealing with me from the starts of the process to buy the car and he also diligently answered me when I was request for the update about the availability of the car. THANKS PROTON, LAMBERT AND ZAID. You guys did a good job.
Overall I am very happy! I love the car! Best service. Good Job!!!

Prakash from KEB Auto (TTDI Kajang) is a top notch salesperson. Very patient with answering all my questions in detail, very informative and kept me updated multiple times a day on the entire process and next steps along the way. Well connected so he was able to get all paperwork done in such a short time frame… After loan approval, I told him my birthday was coming up so he made special arrangements and ensured I received it the day before my birthday. Less than 7 working days from loan application until I drove my car home! Thorough check and explanation during car handover… He even checked on me when I got home that day and a few days later to make sure everything was well with the car. Please look for Prakash from KEB Auto (TTDI Kajang). Best service!
