Prakash from KEB Auto (TTDI Kajang) is a top notch salesperson. Very patient with answering all my questions in detail, very informative and kept me updated multiple times a day on the entire process and next steps along the way. Well connected so he was able to get all paperwork done in such a short time frame… After loan approval, I told him my birthday was coming up so he made special arrangements and ensured I received it the day before my birthday. Less than 7 working days from loan application until I drove my car home! He even checked on me when I got home that day and a few days later to make sure everything was well with the car. Please look for Prakash from KEB Auto (TTDI Kajang). Best service!

He's a warm, helpful & thoughtful SA that ease all the relevant procedures needed to be settled to the day of my X50 handover. In addition, the service center here is very comfortable and spacious with convenient parking lots.
