★ ★ ★ ★ ★ masih buka ke servis center sini, sebab call banyak kali untuk follow up pasal spare part tak ada staf yang angkat. Pergi inspection pun tunggu berjam, part pula tunggu berminggu belum ada jawapan.

Alhamdulillah, the technician can repair the problems of the car that just came out of the factory .. aa heavy nanang proton factory ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two major flaws you might wanna consider before going to this place:
NUMBER 1
I went for a major service. The mechanic suddenly told me that my power window regulator broke and i need to replace it for RM150.
I paid and went home, before i figured out that it was still under warranty. The staff did not mention this at all.
I have made a complain to the TTPM and Proton HQ.
NUMBER 2
I went twice to this place. For 100 000 km, the service was okay, they even do the inspection coz they found some broken parts in my car (that dont require fixing, more of an accessories).
The second time i went there, the service was 3.5 hours with no inspection because i was not informed of the broken part (which can be seen if inspection was done).
CONCLUSION
Honestly, i thought thus one service center won't lie to me, but how dissapointed i am now. So if you want to get a good service here, please read your T&C booklet, then be fluent with car parts and your rights. Considering most of us are not, i will not recommend you to come here. But then again, there is no other service center as good as this one. So, get your car fixed, snap photos, send them to TTPM and proton HQ like i did. If you get lucky, you might get your money back. In my case, not so much
