★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: Do not come here to service your proton cars. Pick other service center.
1. No numbering sytem for taking service appointments. I called for appointment but my name was not on the list. Any one who calls for appointment should be given a number showing that he/she has been registered for service.
2. Walk in customer are still customer. Do not treat walk in customer differently .
3. If too many cars are being serviced, just inform the customer that you fully booked. Do not deceive the customer that you can do it but at the end of the day, car still not serviced.
4. Being longest Proton service center in Kota Bharu has made it complacent. Proton higher quality cars deserve higher quality service center. This service center should be reviewed by Proton for bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service advisor was friendly and waiting hours took more than 3 hours but it is acceptable because there were many car owners sent their cars for services. But it was very sad because pomen was not careful when doing their job. A few deep scratches appeared..

However, the service delivery need to be more in-depth to provide full one touch settlement service. Hence, the customer need not to come again.
