★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very very rude person incharge of answering call; a Chinese lady here. If she can't contain her patience of answering and helping the customer, maybe she need to rethink to do the job again. Very unacceptable behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. Asked to see Branch Manager to speak about Customers Services and was basically shown the door. Management was busy chatting in the room when I walked in and was surprised to see a customer. Was told the Branch Manager was away and hence noone can help. Was told to ring the free tol number if want to talk about Customers Service. Arrogant, rude and purely incompetent
