β β β β β I hate they Service department person. so rude and unprofessional to handle customer service. when I call them, "yes your car is here and what you want ? just come on monday !" they can't event handle our situation well and end up I need to do most of the stuff event it is not my fault at all. I have been to this workshop for car service couple a year ago and never going there for service again. They really charge unreasonable price for unnecessary stuff. Very disappointing.

β β β β β I've been here a few times to body and paint department (due to accident).. service rendered by the manager(Mr Steven) and the advisor ( Kumar) was excellent..But, I was very disappointed with the lady at the front desk. She was not only rude but also very disrespectful.. Please have some courtesy especially when you are dealing with elders..
I'll surely be going here again for the good things I've mentioned earlier..and I truly hope that the front desk staff learns her basic manners!!
*Sorry for the number of stars...you deserve 5stars but not with that staff

Return the remaining oil to customer.Dont give empty bottle.
Kalau axia pakai 2.7 liter, bagi balik 0.3 litre tu.
Kalau dalam service scheduled, untuk 10k , kereta xsampai 1k km jalan, no need laa injector cleaner all unnecessary part ...Cukup untuk basic service..
Yes you can say no to unnecessy service, only for those who know about car maintenance..For those who knows nothing?

β β β β β Watch out for the entrance. don't overdrive. Waiting zone is spacious,air coned,water supplied. But it's covid era so easily full still. Fast,efficient customer service.on second visit, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Go autobinee is better.
