Approached a Chinese advisor for repair quote. I waited for more than 10 mins beside him under hot sun and he kept talking and laughing on the phone, he just ignored and seems don't bother at all.......No wonder Proton has to be sold.

Dude, I came for use your service not wanna enjoy your bad luck sour face service. Please be professional lar. The reception lady wearing tudong like to ignore and no smile at all... Call to office many times but no answer. What kind of service is this?

Excellent services and courtesy staff; started work immediately after receiving service booklet. Early registration is required, will help them to organize their working schedule.

Huge Proton service center in Georgetown. I am impressed that the service reception starts operating on-time at 8.00 AM on Sunday! Staff handles my service is friendly, listen to my car problems and get them all fixed. Refreshment is provided while you are waiting for your car to get serviced. Free Wi-Fi service is available, registration is required. The staff is also kind enough to lend me mobile phone charger when requested. I am delighted with the overall service provided by this Proton service center.

Lately, their workmanship has decreased. Rather disappointed with their service and workmanship. It’s like you need to make 3 rounds to solve a small issue. Plus they always seem skeptical of any issues that we report to them.

1. Car poor quality 2. Slow & poor service 3. No feedback and follow up, after promised to do so. 4. Staff and management frequently unavailable when called in to follow up. 5. After 1st year major problem, after 2nd year, more major problems. 6. More than 1 month and asked 3 times my car radio taken down at workshop still cannot sent for checking. Proton is waiting and waiting and waiting for supplier's rep to come and collect. Very passive way of doing service. Proton's customer benefit left to the mercy of it's supplier's wishes! 7. 2nd. time bought proton car, can't convinced myself to buy a 3rd one.

1st bad experience: Book appointment at 10am on 11/11/2019. Reached by 9.55am then provide them the service booklet. Yet here I am taking picture and give review about this place at 10.45am. I don't understand the real meaning of booking appointment here. Why book appointment when you still need to wait at least 45 minutes just to get served? I need to be re-educated I suppose. ??‍♂️ 2nd bad experience: There was typical issue with power window. Good thing it was still covered under warranty. They ordered the part then called on 11th Dec'19 to bring the car so that they can change it. Booked appointment to come visit at 10am on 30th Dec'19. Left the car with them. Around 2.40pm I called to check the progress then they only told me that the part was not in stock!!! Then I came here just to collect the car again. Then suddenly the stock is available again! Because they take it from someone else's order. Then that someone else might have the similar issue as me isn't it?
