โ โ โ โ โ How many times you all want me to keep calling? No one answer the phone! Chassis number need to wait for 2 months, car still not out already 2 months. I paid so much of money but at the end just wait and wait and wait, you lucky Google has no middle finger emoji, if you all that incompetent don't freaking work !!

Hi proton, i want to make complaint???? to your puncak marak branch where my car x70 go into your service center for 5months and almost 6months. Till now still told me same story again and again no chipset of 360 camera.. you need me to let me wait for how long.
As customer we very upset because everytime we call to puncak marak keep told no chipset how to wait have to wait. And at once puncak marak staff ask us to make settlements of Rm5k+ and get car back for drive first, got chipset we will inform..
For this we totally cannot accept because you are not get my car done and ask me pay full and keep waiting
When we call to proton hq to ask why till now no chipset, they said already email to puncak marak branch 3 times and no response. Puncak marak staff said no email receive for chipset request. As customer we do not want to know what happen with your internal ??? and i just want my car done
Please look into my complaint and i want it done soonest possible, 6 months, not 6days. What you will feel if you are me???????

I am very disappointed with the proton edar lahad datu sabah service. My car had an accident on 11/09/20 (SD5440N) but until now the car has not been repaired and now MARCH 2022 already!!! Do you think I'm rich? pay ccm every month but the car is not ready? I'm so disappointed you repaired the car that just enter to your workshop. Don't you feel sorry? You promised us that the car was ready last year in May 2021 but when we checked the car was not ready until now. "NO ACTION TALK ONLY" i'm too disappointed!!! How much patient do you all want from me? Please don't be selfish. PLEASE I'M BEGGING TO PROTON PLEASE REPAIR MY CAR IMMEDIATELY !!!

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely rubbish of a showroom. Showroom space was huge but only 3-5 employees in the showroom. Nobody bothered showing the customers around.
All the Proton employees were busy doing their own thing (on their phones). Guessing they hit the sales target for the year already and donโt need to earn additional commission anymore.
Only 1 nice elderly gentleman who was on his โoff working dayโ bothered to entertain us. Despite all that, he asked us to come back again on his working day instead so he can give us a better service.
There is a new cafe called Proton cafe which sells coffee from Starbucks. Currently offering 15% off.
PS: (1) added a photo of a proton employee enjoying himself on the sofa (2) they do not have physical brochures which is fine due to environmental reasons but their digital brochures are not even an original PDF file format but a poorly scanned copy version. [I have added the photo in this review]

โ โ โ โ โ How to give 0 star? If can i wanna give negative star. Been waiting for nearly 3 months for the 360 camera! Called many times many days only pick up the call, then forever never received follow up from you. Pls pls everyone don't buy proton no matter how good quality the car is. Car is good but extremely poor after sales service.

โ โ โ โ โ For those who want to buy saga 2022 have to reconsider as the car plate is only use double tape to tape up. Malaysia sun is hot like heal but proton can come out this idea to only stick, I don't know what their thinking...so disappointed....beside got spare part for new car but no spare part for repair car...really scare to buy proton for the next car ...no more proton pls....?

โ โ โ โ โ Came here to check out the X50 but was told by the sales representative the car on display is belong to customer. The car has been locked and I am not allowed to go inside the car. I have no idea why putting a customer car on display in the auditorium. It suppose to be all car in here is for public viewing purposes. Hopefully is not simply some lame excuse to steer potential customer away due to the clock is still early at 8:30am. Truly disappointed.
