โ โ โ โ โ Waiting room is spacious, clean, cooling. A surrounded small area is available for toddlers to play while parents can entertain themselves to Tv, newspapers, magazines, drinks and packets of biscuits. Proton also provide free shuttle service to Subang Parade and return according to schedules. One of the best car service centers that I have came across. Staff are friendly and helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ Comfortable waiting area. Wifi provides. But there was no self-serving coffee machine available at the time I sent my car for servicing. Anyway, the representative officers were nice and courteous and attend to all my needs related to my vehicle.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the place to go if you wanted to do a service and fix matter with your Proton car. Make sure to book your slot ahead and try to be before the scheduled time else you will have to wait longer to get the work done.

โ โ โ โ โ i'm a regular customer here to do routine service for my iriz since 3 yrs ago. Got shuttle services from cose to subang jaya (but i never use). The proton showroom also nearby, walkg distance abt 200m within the same building, got koi carp fish pond & small garden. Also got cafe but only open during office hour i guess.

โ โ โ โ โ I made booking online and service my car here. Customer waiting area is spacious & comfortable. It's just the waiting time: 1.5 hours to 2 hours. I hope Proton can improve it by reducing the waiting time.

โ โ โ โ โ We sent my son's persona for some repair works, involving the air cond compressor, the power window, and the central locking mechanism. We wanted to send to our normal workshop initially, but my better judgement turned to Proton's Centre of Excellence, and decided to give it a try. To my pleasant surprise, all repairs were completed within the same day, and it cost me less than RM700!! This is simply excellent!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Tried to make a booking for a service and repair, (August) gave a the information and parts needed mentioned, postponed me for a month because repairs only available in September 2020, when i finally came for the repair and service, told me no stock for the part mentioned, suggest me repair outside.. so I waited a month for nothing, wasted my day without getting the vital problem fixed.. this place no longer excellent as it was.. 2 years ago I gave 5 stars.. now I can only give 1 star for wasting my time waiting for a month plus daily wear and tear..
