Very pleasant service. They sorted out all my issues very professionally. The icing on the cake was a telephone call from their service representative (Syafiq) the next day, asking me if everything was all right. Tip top, top notch.

Friendly staffs and service. Comfortable waiting area with light refreshments and water dispenser. They have Starbucks too! Make sure book for appointment before coming here. You can see your car being service from the waiting area.

Went to change my car's Takata Airbag. Took 20 mins only. Customer Service (the person who made my appointment) even Whatsapp me to ask whether I am already at the service center or not. Good service!!

After my car stuck there for a month due to parts shortage, these are my honest feedback: โ€ข Can send for car periodical service but not advisable for parts replacement. โ€ข Lack of coordination & communication among staffs and top down. โ€ข When your Service Adviser (SA) is on leave while your car stranded there waiting for replacement parts, they won't update the customer about the progress of the repair works. โ€ข Car parts usually on shortage. The wait might takes weeks to months. โ€ข I overheard that they bad-mouth customers when they got pushed & pressured by customers. โ€ข Proton We-care and customer care are another useless channels. They will keep throw your case back and forth and passing around them without solutions. Will I come back to them? Yes after they improve all above which might takes forever.

Very slow. Appointment at 830am, arrived at 810am, but only served at 9am. Service centre had about 8 customers, with 6 people at work. Not sure what the holdup was. Service took 3 hours, and did not get proper update when asked the staff. I feel like itโ€™s a very big service centre, sooo be ready to wait as there are many other cars in queue to be fixed/serviced here.

Sent my car for front absorber and front brake pad replacement on 16 June 2022. Informed SA ( Nazlin ) to advise cost and also other replaceable parts since I'm already replacing the absorber and this is being replaced after 8 years since first bought the car. He said he will call but no calls received. I also told if need to replace the absorber mounting to proceed to do so. At 5.15pm, SA called and said car is read to collect. They also did alignment and chamber adjustment. After collecting the car, was informed that absorber mounting and engine mounting no need replacement as its still OK. After driving for 15 min on the highway, I felt the car was being pulled to the left. Suspect alignment was not properly done. I took to a another shop to check on the alignment and found it was confirmed not properly aligned and I have to redo. Secondly, upon on rough and bumpy roads , I still can hear knocking sound. Suspect either absorber or engine mounting needs replacement. By right SA should be advising what to replace depends on the car year and usage. Looks like COSE is not Center of Excellence but its more like Center of Effortless. Very disappointing on the service and looks like moving forward I will need to consider moving towards non Malaysian cars.

Worst ever proton service centre , went for a brake pad and wiper arm change but they crack my rim cover and damage the bonnet paint leaving bare metal waiting to rust. So call Centre of excellent, what a shame
