Went to bring my Saga for 1st service, set up an appointment at 8.30am and all done with ease. Tq to the guy at the reception counter who have helped me.

Very bad service! Never telling the truth to customer. Waste my time almost 1 month doing nothing , at last ask me to go to proton plentong.

Due to CMCO, appointment to test drive is required, and we were told only 1 person is allowed during the test drive session and we abided. However, there was a group of 4 pax entered the same test drive vehicle right after us. Hope to see they enforce the SOP properly to everyone, not exempted to those people they like.

bad service!! booked online a slot to service my car here for weekend and only after 3 days said booking is full. urgently called another service centre, all cannot accept my booking slot as i need to do booking 3days earlier. so i need to take annual leave just to service car on weekday. what a bad service!!!!!!

I purchased my car from here exactly 1.5 years ago. The company and its staff are professional, approachable and very friendly. Service is prompt even tho we keep safe distancing and wear masks. They have a see-through panel where waiting customers can actually see their cars being serviced. The technicians look knowledgeable and are careful with your vehicle. They inspect the car to ensure they do not scratch or damage your car while servicing it. Lounge is comfortable with self-service coffee/tea machine although since the pandemic started, they are unable to serve their very deliciously packed nasi lemak snack. ? They also report if there are abnormalities or problems during service and let you know what to expect in your next service(including the estimated price). Overall, am pleased with the way they handle my car but i do hope they won't face shortage of spare parts if ever my car needs to have a replacement. (My last service, they ran our of stock for the car coolant!)...

worse proton branch to do service. very bad exprience with this companys service, made my car left for too long and dirty it, battery died there, didnt claim warranty until complaint, warranty speed almost lightning speed after complaint to them and report to HQ. Keep doing rattling noise but noise are still there. a lot of excuses when the only reason is probably because of melayu malas. been going back and forth these 2 months without courtesy car. 0 apology given, almost cheated me and didnt rotate alignment balancing. Now I am not sure if they did my 60k km service or just charge me for it. now probably need to go another branch and pay for another RM1k for 60k km service just to make sure. not to mention the very hard to track scratches on cars and tint. avoid this place like plague. car reflector also fail to change properly and went missing.
