β β β β β The service is very bad, sales man promise for the free gift but on end of the day nothing will get, the sales man give simple answer "already forget" they don't know how to take care her customer. its really upset, I believe now days people will get the original car grant on delivery time, but i asking for the car grant he say need to collect at bank. so i called to bank to collect the grant, bank officer said the grant with sales man, never summit to bank yet. so i do follow up with sales man, he also never give good feedback to me Because the proton shop sent late document to bank.

Didnβt put a cover when servicing to customersβ car in this pandemic time??? Whatsoever, you should do cleaning before handover to customer if you don't cover it!!! Truly disappointed!!
