★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. Understandable during the MCO, they might be understaff. But at least give the customer good estimates on how long their cars would be in service. I was told my car would take 1-2 hours, so I decided to stay and wait, turned out I actually have waited more than 7 hours at the service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an emergency with my car, alternator fan won't stop spinning. They dealt with it right away. Fixed up my car less than hour. Efficient work. Really good customer service.
Also, just make sure to set up an appointment days prior if you want to do a service there.
They recommend morning weekdays. Weekends are mostly packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their method of checking is to compare with other cars of the same model. If issue is shared amongst the car model, they will label it as "normal".
They also unplugged my dashcam and didn't even had the decency to plug it back in; the action of unplugging dashcams seems like they had something to hide. Word of advise, be smart enough to plug it back in afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow. I booked an appointment at 9am, parked my car at 9am, and they haven't pick it up at 12 pm. Wasted one whole day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've made appointment a week before thru call and when i came on the promises date & time, surprisingly they didn't record my appointment. the waiting game begin from 11am until 4pm. the longest service time ever in my life. disappointed and lesson learned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and unprofessional service. 9am+ went in left car to do. End up 5pm+ called to come center but nothing done yet. Only started to check and just instructed to wait…… after 30mins, said no parts and sent us off…
Update: went to taman megah service center. Had parts and only took them 30mins to settle the whole issue…
