β β β β β My EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT after queuing for a long time in the heat, when it comes to the CUSTOMER SERVICE...its the worst, I will give it a negative and they deserve no stars at all. Totally, RUDE!!! I didn't wait for such a long time to hear and bear the rudeness...not helpful at all! Please look at this matter seriously and do the needful!

β β β β β Horrible customer service. I was just trying to ask question. Should have checked on her name. Never had this kind of customer service at anywhere else. Would never want to step foot back at this branch again unless 100% necessary.

Security guard needs to be trained. Is it so hard and wrong just to past me a stack of deposit slips just so I can write down the details while waiting in queue???? Haiiiihhhh

β β β β β This is the nearest Public Bank to my residence but I sincerely hope they close down with the worst customer service attitude they have. Can hardly get anything done at this branch with their inflexible mindset, everything ikut buku saja, if they can tell you off on any matter, they would do exactly that, everything tak boleh, looks more like they're lazy to do any work. I brought the same exact matter to TTDI branch and they are more than helpful. These people at Kelana Jaya branch are not fit to work with the big brand Public Bank, otherwise just close the branch down for good.

β β β β β The CSR is so glump n not friendly at all ...horrible service ...the counter staff is fast especially Farah..Nana n Dewi.. but the officer is slow..Ms Tan is the worst ..acted like soo busy like so many things to do..always play with HP.. .Ms Jennifer is too slow..Everything dont know...Cik Siti is the one tat really good...tqvm Siti???????

β β β β β Bad service here, the branch manager is not doing job. Many people, and can see the employees here talking and laughing while customer is waiting. The resources ia not balance, customer service need help, but counter service is over staff. Clearly, not managing this branch. How Public Bank evaluate it manager performance??
