★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 mins ago, got rejected to open savings account. Im abt to dump 50k though. Reason being IC address is different location while license address is actually kelana jaya.
Went for other bank instead and no issue for open savings acc. Funny how they work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two month ago I have bank in money this same branch with two different slip for same account they allow but now the said cannot without proper explanation. Hope RHB need to standardize they procedures without confusion the customer. They asked me to wait for 15 minutes and then only can. Sometimes I don’t understand what kind of service they are giving.
