★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff who attended me the other day was not up to PB usual standard . I ranked PB as one of my preferred bank. Efficient, friendly and helpful. The staff was not interested to serve. My questions was lazily answer and I cant feel any sincerity that one must has as a customer service. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at this bank. We went here to re-activate an account with a friend. She was greeted with friendly staff at the reception. It took about 10 minutes to wait, and before long, the account was active again.
My friend also then needed some help with the ATM machine.
She went to the desk to ask for some advice, and one of the bank officers then accompanied her to give her one-to-one help. Very helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly customer service staff and teller, however a lot of ATM was out of cash when I pay a visit last time, which is quite frustrating and I have to keep on switching to a different machine.

UNABLE OPEN DUE TO THEIR SYSTEM PROBLEM, SAY WILL HELP ME SUMMIT DOCUMENT FOR INTERNAL USE FIRST AND THEN WILL CALL ME BACK ONCE THEIR SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL
BUT UNTILL TODAY 22.4.21 I STILL DONT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM THEM.
TOTAL 8 WORKING DAY THEIR SYSTEM UNABLE TO OPERATE NORMAL?
THEN WHAT THE PURPOSE OF THEM OPEN EVERYDAY???
RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM ON 22.4.22 (FRIDAY) 3.28PM TELL ME THAT THEY APPROVE MY ACCOUNT ALREADY SO THAT WOULD BE NO MORE ISSUE FOR MY OPENING ACCOUNT ON 25.4.22 (MONDAY) AND GUESS WHAT GUY. I WENT ON 25.4.22 9.33AM AND THEY TELL ME THEIR SYSTEM GOT PROBLEM AGAIN.
WHAT A POOR BANK?? THEY CAN'T AFFORD A IT STAFF??
